Hey Jay,
there's a lot of room for improvement on your guitar playing journey, if you apply yourself to earnest and systematic learning.
Which makes one wonder why your jams usually consist of alternating between a couple of notes -- lacking a sense of time, i.e. being way behind the beat and trying to catch up the tempo you hear. Do you not use a metronome at all?
It sadly starts with the foundation of the backing track you lay down with the help of your looper, which is consistently way off beat and then applying the same amateurish noodling on two-three alternate notes on your "solo" compounds on said problem. All of which makes your jams sound fatiguing and humdrum after a few seconds, and frankly renders you looking like a glib performative poseur.
It's evident that you're stuck noodling around the fretboard solely by relying on muscle memory alone at this point -- rather then applying any sort of musical theory. What you're doing is unconsciously fretting 5ths and 7ths repeatedly and ending on the root, all across the fretboard with a bunch of moribund/adynamic "vibratos" peppered in.
I also hope you do more of piano content in the future!
